At EcoSurvive, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our kits. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — while staying true to our values of sustainability and responsible inventory handling.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be in original packaging.
  • The product must be unworn/unused, with all components included.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of emergency preparedness products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food, water, or hygiene products.
  • Perishable or consumable items.
  • Custom kits or limited-time promotional bundles.


2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [su*****@********ve.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will reply with next steps and a return authorization, if applicable.

Please do not send items back without approval, as we may be unable to process them.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
  • You may choose any trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us for further help.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Include photos and your order number

We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution at no extra cost to you.


7. Non-Returnable Items (For Safety & Compliance)

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Opened hygiene kits or food rations
  • Emergency water packets
  • Custom kits with personalized selections
  • Clearance or last-chance items
