At EcoSurvive, we’re committed to delivering your emergency preparedness products efficiently, securely, and sustainably. Please review our shipping and handling policies below to understand how we process and fulfill your orders.


1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (such as holidays, emergencies, or product launches), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
  • Expedited delivery is available for most items and will be calculated at checkout.

Eco-Friendly Shipping:
We use recycled and biodegradable packaging materials through our partnership with EcoEnclose to minimize environmental impact.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

A. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order appears delayed or undelivered, first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, reach out to us. We’ll do our best to assist, but please note we do not control carrier operations.


B. Stolen Packages

  • Once an item is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • We recommend:
  • Having orders delivered to a secure location.
  • Opting for signature delivery at checkout (when available).
  • EcoSurvive is not responsible for stolen packages but can help you file a claim with the carrier.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is damaged or missing contents:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery at [ su*****@********ve.com].
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or packing slip.

We’ll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.


6. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time, but may expand in the future.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Reshipping fees in such cases may be passed on to the customer.
